Suggested Serving: Dissolve one homeopathic tablet under tongue as follows: Tablet numbered 1 on the first day; Tablet numbered 3 on the third day; Tablet numbered 5 on the fifth day; Tablet numbered 7 on the seventh day. Repeat dose after one month.
Alternative Directions: Purchase a 1 oz dropper bottle and fill with 2 teaspoons of Matrix Electrolytes and then fill the rest of the bottle with distilled water. Dissolve pellet #1 in bottle and succuss 50x. Individually repeat this step with pellets #3, #5, #7 until all pellets have been dissolved in the bottle. The dose to take is 7 drops 4x per day sublingually at least 10 minutes away from food. Use daily until the bottle is empty: (approximately 43 days.) After finishing dose, wait 30 days and repeat above steps with 2nd packet of pellets.
